These Terms govern use of the Sharda IT Services website and the products actually offered on it: IT service pages, Meri Dukaan, professional/company/property listings, the LMS, coding lab, CSC browser tools, and related dashboards. Limitation-of-liability and governing-law wording is a starting point for lawyers — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED before relying on it in a dispute.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. Teacher, vendor and customer accounts are for people 18 or older. Student accounts may be opened with a declared under-18 status and guardian contact.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to attack the service, impersonate others, upload malware, scrape personal data, or publish unlawful content. Suspension is a platform action, not a government penalty.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another user’s private records, admin tools, or payment data.
  • Do not use the coding lab to attack this or any other system. Classroom runners are for beginner exercises only.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not post illegal products, discriminatory abuse, or sexual content involving minors.

User-generated content and listings

  • You remain responsible for profiles, dukaan listings, products, services, posts, images and descriptions you publish.
  • You grant Sharda IT a licence to host and display that content on the platform so the listing can function. We may hide or remove content after a report and review, or if we reasonably believe it is unlawful or harmful. That is not a promise of pre-publication legal clearance.
  • Report listings at /report. Staff review is human, not an automated censorship filter.

LMS, coding lab, assignments, exams and certificates

  • Course pages, lessons, practice problems and exams are for personal learning. Do not copy them to another commercial product without permission.
  • Scores and certificates record completion of Sharda IT learning programs. They are not government qualifications, university degrees, or employment guarantees.
  • Teachers must submit original or properly licensed course material. Admin may unpublish a course.

Marketplace

  • Meri Dukaan is primarily a discovery and enquiry channel. Product sale, delivery, refunds and GST invoices for goods are between the visitor and the vendor unless a specific Sharda checkout is clearly shown for that item.
  • Whether Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 treat this site as a marketplace e-commerce entity is LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED and depends on how sales are actually concluded.

Payments

  • When you pay Sharda IT (for example a visiting card or a paid course), pricing is shown before you are sent to Razorpay. Refunds follow /legal/refund-policy. GST treatment is LEGAL / TAX REVIEW REQUIRED.

Intellectual property

  • Sharda IT content (lessons, UI, branding) is owned by Sharda IT Services unless credited otherwise. Vendor and user uploads remain theirs, subject to the hosting licence above.
  • Icons, fonts and libraries are used under their own licences in the software repository.

Disclaimers and liability

  • The site is provided as available. Outcomes of SEO, coaching, jobs or insurance assistance are not guaranteed.
  • The following sentence is a draft for lawyers and may not be enforceable as written: Sharda IT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law. Consumer and other mandatory rights are not excluded. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.

Governing law

  • These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, with courts at Satna, Madhya Pradesh, suggested as the forum for disputes that are not required to go elsewhere. Exclusive jurisdiction clauses can be restricted by consumer and other statutes — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.

Changes

  • We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page will change. Continued use after an update means you should re-read the notice. Material account terms may also be highlighted in the dashboard when practical.
